Seligman, PLLC,” a solo law practice, located at Bridge Street Properties, Irvington, Westchester County, New York, was established as of July 1, 2016, as my boutique law practice, concentrating in all aspects of real estate law, and particularly commercial leasing (representing landlords and tenants), acquisitions and dispositions (commercial and multi-family, as well as single family residences, coops, and condos), real estate related financing, and planning and development of projects, including construction, design, and architectural contracts.
